Environmental Research Group, LLC (ERG) seeks an Environmental Scientist to join our Environmental Compliance Team to support a variety of environmental compliance projects across the USA. The role offers remote flexibility with preference for candidates near an airport for travel.

Responsibilities include planning and executing technical projects, regulatory research, report writing, permitting support, and site visits, with travel averaging one week per month and some international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.
• Master's degree, Professional Engineer, and/or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical projects with independence and teamwork.
• Conduct regulatory research, write reports, and support permitting processes.
• Perform site visits, field surveys, and coordinate with clients and project teams.
