Job summary

Environmental Research Group, LLC (ERG) seeks an Environmental Scientist to join our Environmental Compliance Team. The role supports a variety of environmental compliance projects, plans and executes technical work, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team across multiple sites.

Travel is required—about one week per month, with some international trips—wearing Level D PPE as needed. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s or PE as a plus, and US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.
• Master's degree, Professional Engineer, and/or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, writing skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and be responsive.
• Flexibility to serve in multiple roles and teams depending on the client and project.
• Must be able to pass security clearances and background checks and obtain a passport.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical environmental projects.

• Support permitting processes and site visits.
