Job summary

VivSoftTechnologies is seeking an Entry Level Software Engineer to join the DCSANBISDISS/PVAAMS team. This remote role involves contributing to the development and sustainment of mission-critical personnel vetting software used across the DoD.

You will work under the guidance of senior engineers, applying core software development practices in a modern cloud-native DevSecOps environment. A Bachelor's degree and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software development experience.
• Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Supports design, coding, testing, and debugging under guidance.
• Translates project requirements into working software components.
• Participates in code reviews and applies feedback to improve quality.
