Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who requested more information on benefits.
• Schedule Zoom meetings with members.
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit client needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support.
• Respond to and resolve questions about benefits.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and updated on schedule.
