Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident on the phone.
• Coachable and able to follow a proven script and training.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident and able to pass a background check.
• Willing to pursue life & health insurance licensing if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and warm outbound leads.
• Explain coverage options across 60+ carriers and tailor to family budgets.
• Ask questions, address objections, and help families decide.
• Track activity daily and maintain production goals.
