Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; recent graduates encouraged.
• 0–2 years in sales, business development, or federal contracting; internships acceptable.
• Basic knowledge of government contracting (FAR); trainable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining capture pipeline researching federal opportunities using SAM.gov and forecasts.
• Conduct client visits to federal agencies to gather intelligence and identify needs.
• Attend industry events to generate leads and network with stakeholders.
• Contribute to branding and marketing strategies, including proposals and social media content.
• Learn proposal writing and ensure FAR compliance with the team.
• Drive lead generation through networking and platforms like LinkedIn and GovWin.
• Collaborate with operations to evaluate opportunities for profitability and fit.
• Track market trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic recommendations.
• Perform CRM data entry, reporting, and post-event follow-ups.
