Job summary

Nova 401(k) Associates seeks an entry level remote Customer Service Representative to handle participant inquiries by phone and email on retirement plan withdrawals and loan requests, in a supportive home-based role.

Prior industry experience is not required; paid training is provided. You will complete NIPA certificates and work a 40-hour week from home with equipment provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Bilingual ability is a plus
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and meet objectives
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Flexible, adaptable and capable of multi-tasking
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer Nova participant services line calls and emails
• Assist participants/clients with requests via recordkeeper sites
• Maintain open communication with vendors and plan sponsors
• Provide data entry support for the Distribution Department
• Pursue NIPA Disribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates
• Perform other related duties as required
