Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in account coordination, project management, marketing, or a similar role.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and on client-facing calls.
• Take initiative and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Eager to learn how performance marketing, creative, development, and client services work together.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time.

Responsibilities

• Build and format client-facing decks and materials.
• QA client assets before they go live (landing pages, ads, strategy decks, etc.).
• Keep projects and deliverables organized and moving in Asana.
• Take notes during client calls and track next steps.
• Coordinate internal resources and manage project timelines.
