BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Accountant in the Incentives, Benefits & Reconciliation Accounting team.

You will support incentive calculations, account reconciliations, journal entries and variance research in a remote role with occasional travel to Chattanooga. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and up to 4 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze large datasets for variances and trends.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience is required.
• Equivalent work experience would be 4 years of experience in related field.

Mansioni

• Maintaining financial records in accordance with GAAP and organizational standards.
• Creating reports on financial performance for internal and external use.
• Performing balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Creating and utilizing automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results.
