Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Entertainment Venue Booking & Tour Coordinator to support the expansion of a performing artist from private events into public, ticketed shows and touring. This is a remote position and requires researching venues across the United States and coordinating bookings with venue contacts.

The ideal candidate has direct experience in entertainment booking, live events, touring, or ticketed performances, and is highly organized with strong written and verbal

• Experience in venue booking, live entertainment, touring, or ticketed events.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to research and contact venues and manage multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research venues and live entertainment opportunities across the United States.
• Identify venue contacts, capacities, booking requirements, and availability.
• Assist with venue outreach and booking coordination.
• Maintain organized records of contacts, conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate dates and other logistical details for events.
• Support the development of multi-city tours and ticketed events.
• Assist with entertainment marketing or promotional activities when relevant.
