CARRA Inc. seeks an Enterprise Systems Manager to lead the architecture and governance of the organization’s technology environment.

This role prioritizes a scalable, integrated foundation and coordinates internal teams with external partners to execute the technology roadmap. The successful candidate will translate organizational needs into practical tech solutions, manage Salesforce and related systems beyond basic IT support, and report to the CEO with a focus on risk, data integrity, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise systems, business systems management, Salesforce, systems analysis, IT, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation, security, reporting, and data structures, including NPSP or comparable nonprofit environment.
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, assessing business processes, and translating organizational needs into technology solutions.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, systems architecture, and solution recommendations.
• Experience with systems integration, data flows, workflows, and system dependencies.
• Experience managing technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
