Ladders is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect for a remote role focused on translating customer and partner needs into scalable storage and disaster recovery solutions that align with business goals. You will partner with sales, engineering, and channel teams to guide solution design, validate fit, and move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage solutions design or support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise storage architectures (block, file, object).
• Experience with Fibre Channel SAN infrastructures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
• Industry certifications related to enterprise storage or disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to channel partners on enterprise storage technologies.
• Support partner demand-generation activities such as workshops and webinars.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer business and technical requirements.
• Lead technical sales engagements, including architecture design and solution validation.
• Design enterprise storage solutions and support Fibre Channel SAN environments.
• Architect backup and disaster recovery solutions aligned with customer needs.
