Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Storage Specialist to design, deploy, and operate the storage foundation that supports our compute, virtualization, database, and Kubernetes workloads across data center, edge, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise with NetApp ONTAP, Pure Storage, and Ceph, and will optimize performance, data protection, and cost while integrating storage with VMware and Kubernetes CSI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise storage engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in NetApp ONTAP or Pure Storage FlashArray/FlashBlade.
• Hands-on Ceph at production scale.
• Strong SAN, NAS, and object storage knowledge.
• Storage integration for VMware and Kubernetes (CSI).
• Scripting/automation with Ansible, Terraform or REST APIs.
• Knowledge of performance, capacity planning and cost optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting across storage, network, and host layers.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate the storage foundation for compute, virtualization, databases, and Kubernetes workloads.
• Ensure performance, data protection, and cost optimization across data center, edge, and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with VMware and Kubernetes teams to integrate storage via CSI.
• Automate storage workflows using Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs.
