Job summary

Ensono is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect to design comprehensive technology solutions across cloud, storage, virtualization, servers, mainframe, and security. You will partner with sales and clients to identify needs, develop fully costed architectures, and present recommendations.

The role requires broad tech expertise and strong communication to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies. Remote-friendly with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically requires 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, solution design methodologies, and technology governance practices.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and translating business objectives into technical strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop solution estimates, business cases, and technology roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Organize and define work for complex or ambiguous situations.
• Provide consultation, training, and knowledge sharing to associates.
• Contribute to domain body of knowledge.
• Create and maintain reference architecture for Ensono infrastructure solutions.
• Be the subject matter expert for one or more client environments within the data center.
• Obtain solution requirements from clients for infrastructure.
• Provide written design of the infrastructure solution meeting requirements.
• Be the technical SME for implementation and ensure adherence to design.
• Provide cost estimates for solution implementation and ongoing support.
• Engage with clients using a consultative approach to mitigate obstacles.
• Participate in Architecture Review Board discussions.
• Ensure design fulfills functional and technical requirements and SLAs.
• Maintain accuracy, process integrity, and stewardship of client infrastructure solutions.
