The candidate should have extensive experience in cloud architectures, SOA, APIs, and SecDevOps, with a focus on scalable, cost-effective solutions for government IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical leadership and architectural governance for the application maintenance and modernization program.
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture standards and guide modernization strategy from on-premise to AWS cloud services.
• Review and approve major architectural decisions and oversee technical risk management.
