Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a motivated Solutions Architect to accelerate GovTech initiatives within the World Wide Public Sector.

You will own the technical engagement, define architectures, respond to RFPs, and become a security expert for customer applications on AWS. As part of the GovTech Strategic SA team, you will share best practices, collaborate with sales and partners, and help customers modernize with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS and CloudFront.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects.
• Define implementation architectures, respond to RFPs, develop a deep expertise in AWS technologies and security.
• Lead knowledge sharing within the AWS solution architect community and collaborate with sales and partners.
