Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to provide architecture leadership across strategic client programs in the United States. You will establish reference architectures, patterns, and governance for consistent delivery across engagements, while designing scalable cloud, data, and AI-enabled solutions that meet regulatory and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise technology experience with architecture leadership across strategic client programs.
• Strong expertise spanning cloud platforms, data, integration, AI platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments and governance adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture direction across multiple strategic client programs, making clear technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Establish reference architectures, reusable integration patterns, and governance standards for consistent implementation.
• Design and modernize scalable solutions across cloud, data, integration, AI, and core banking environments.
• Ensure production solutions meet security, resilience, scalability, performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Define architecture patterns and production standards for LLMs, RAG, vector retrieval, and AI governance.
• Advise client CIOs/CTOs on modernization strategies, risks, and priorities.
• Support business development through proposals, architecture workshops, and technical sales discussions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client insights into roadmap priorities and strategy.
• Mentor IC3/IC4 architects and strengthen architecture practices across the team.
