Netflix is seeking an Enterprise Software Sales professional for a full-time, remote role based in the United States. The position targets experienced sales professionals or those transitioning from MIS, marketing, or related fields into enterprise software sales.

The role emphasizes prospecting, account management, and quota attainment with comprehensive training. Ideal candidates communicate clearly, work independently, and possess IT industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• College degree.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Clear communication via email and phone.
• Experience working independently.
• Coachable and willing to improve.
• Basic knowledge and experience in the IT industry.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and ZoomInfo is nice-to-have but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns.
• Drive revenue through new client acquisition and growth of existing accounts.
• Manage prospect meetings and deliver services presentations along with the tech team.
• Maintain activity to hit minimum KPIs and log all data in Salesforce/Salesloft.
• Build a value proposition through probing and understanding of the customer’s business model.
• Manage and cultivate accounts to ensure client success.
