Job summary

Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Security Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional security initiatives across the org. You will partner with Product Security, Platform Security, Compliance, Detection and Response, Biztech, and Engineering to scope requirements, manage risks, and deliver on strategic goals.

You’ll build scalable processes, leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, and report progress to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years PM experience in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience using AI tooling to improve workflows and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical program management for high-impact security projects.
• Embed with Enterprise Security to support multiple projects and report progress.
• Collaborate with product, platform security, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Help scope requirements, identify risks, and communicate status clearly.
• Assist with roadmaps, releases, and backlogs; drive KPI improvements.
