Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Security Technical Program Manager to drive strategic security initiatives across cross-functional teams. You’ll partner with Product, Platform Security, Compliance, and Engineering to scope requirements, identify risks, and communicate progress across technical and non-technical audiences.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, leveraging AI, and embedding Samsara’s cultural principles as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Project or Program Management in a fast-paced, technical company.
• Experience with managing priorities across multiple teams, building processes, and coordinating tight schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication - relay technical or analytical work to non-technical partners.
• Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, curiosity and attention to detail.
• Proactive self-starter with a track record of leveraging data and technology to improve processes.
• Experience using AI tooling to drive efficiencies in workflows and team processes.
• Experience using Agile practices and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, and other reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical project and program management for highly impactful, cross-functional Security projects embedded with the Enterprise Security team.
• Provide operational support to engineering leads to ensure on-time delivery of projects and initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional projects are scoped and delivered on time.
• Communicate current status of enterprise security and compliance initiatives.
• Support teams in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and backlogs.
• Assist with security audit efforts to reduce risk and satisfy compliance frameworks.
• Assist with improvement of KPIs and processes for the Security team.
• Incorporate AI technologies to scale processes and visibility.
• Help establish a community of practice for program management at Samsara.
