Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Differentiated Security Team to lead enterprise-wide security initiatives surfaced through acquisitions and partnerships. You will define the program, influence senior leaders, and drive cross-functional delivery across security engineering, business security, and infrastructure teams.

This role requires building an operational framework from the ground up, managing a portfolio of initiatives, and turning complex problems into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 6+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure and systems engineering.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Knowledge of information security principles and risk management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of a security solutions program from signal identification through proof-of-concept and transition to ownership.
• Define program strategy, prioritize initiatives, and create measurable success criteria for a portfolio.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across security engineering, business security, and infrastructure teams.
• Write strategic narratives and present trade-offs, progress, and investment recommendations to Directors and VPs.
• Build mechanisms like intake rubrics and stage-gate frameworks to scale the program beyond one person.
