Job summary

M/S Cajo Technologies India is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the automobile sector. You will hunt for new enterprise accounts and manage corporate clients, selling high-value industrial laser marking machines.

Based in Pune with WFH flexibility, you will lead B2B sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation, build relationships with plant managers and procurement heads, and travel extensively to client locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the automobile sector.
• Direct experience with printing machines, coding/marking systems, or packaging machinery.
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent.
• Active, established network in automobile/manufacturing sector.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Target, pitch, and close machinery sales in the automobile sector.
• Lead complex B2B sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation.
• Deliver technical sales presentations to plant managers and procurement heads.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and engineering teams.
• Analyze automobile parts production line needs to propose automation solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers of packaging machines to auto sector.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities in auto parts space.
• Coordinate with technical teams to scope solutions.
