CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management Lead to drive the ERM program across the enterprise and support responsible AI governance. This remote role prioritizes collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risk while enabling responsible innovation.

The position is remote nationwide with Hawaii and Alaska excluded. You will establish risk processes, prepare decision-ready analyses, and partner with Compliance,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of proven experience in risk management, insurance, financial analysis, actuarial, underwriting, or related areas.

Mansioni

• Lead enterprise risk management program design, monitoring, and improvement across the organization.
• Provide risk analysis, reporting, and advisory support to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate AI governance activities and ensure AI-related risks and controls align with use-case maturity.
• Develop risk materials for Board/Committees and executive audiences.
• Identify emerging risks, assess materiality, and recommend mitigations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
