BECU is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst in a remote/onsite capacity to strengthen risk management and resilience. You will partner across teams to identify risks, validate controls, and help ensure issues are addressed before impacting members or operations.

The role relishes a recently relaunched RCSA program, new control validation framework, and evolving enterprise risk initiatives with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with course work in finance/statistics or equivalent, required.
• 2 years of applicable Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate risk assessments and guide stakeholders through Archer.
• Perform internal control validation and testing.
• Review findings and monitor remediation.
• Support business continuity planning and testing.
• Generate risk reports and analytics.
• Support loss event data collection and risk programs.
• Build relationships to promote risk awareness.
