Job summary

BECU is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to strengthen Operational Risk Management. You’ll partner with teams to identify risks, validate controls, and support the recently relaunched RCSA program and the new control validation framework.

You’ll collaborate across the organization to drive improvements and ensure resilience for members and operations. In this role you’ll support risk reporting, analytics, and business continuity activities while working with governance and risk platforms like

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with course work in finance/statistics/other quantitative areas or equivalent.
• 2 years of Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs): Facilitate risk assessments and review RCSAs for quality and consistency.
• Control Validation & Testing: Validate design and operating effectiveness of key controls.
• Findings Management Oversight: Review deficiencies and monitor remediation efforts.
• Business Continuity Support: Assist with continuity planning, testing, and program administration.
• Risk Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and analyze risks and trends.
• Operational Risk Program Support: Assist with loss event data and program initiatives.
• Stakeholder Partnership & Risk Awareness: Build relationships to promote risk awareness.
• Risk Technology Administration: Support Archer-based processes for RCSAs and findings.
• Special Projects & Program Enhancements: Contribute to enterprise risk initiatives and merger-related activities.
