Job summary

BECU is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst to strengthen its operations risk management program. You will partner with teams to identify risks, validate controls, and support the relaunch of the RCSA program in a high-visibility role.

The position emphasizes collaboration across departments and the adoption of governance, risk and compliance technologies. Eligible candidates will be based in WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA and may work remotely or onsite with occasional HQ visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in finance/statistics or equivalent.
• 2 years of Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 3 years preferred.
• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or quantitative platforms.
• Risk and controls knowledge and awareness of internal controls and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) with process owners.
• Perform internal control validation activities and gather evidence.
• Review findings and manage remediation plans with stakeholders.
• Support business continuity planning and testing efforts.
• Generate risk reports and analytics for leadership.
• Assist with loss event data collection and risk program initiatives.
• Build relationships across the organization to promote risk awareness.
• Assist with Archer-based processes and risk technology administration.
