Job summary

Data Society is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a complex, multi-workstream enterprise software delivery for a fast-paced client. You will lead a delivery team (onshore and offshore), maintain the program plan, manage risks, and ensure timely governance across all phases, reporting to the Program Manager.

Position is a full-time W2 role (or contracted through your company) on a fixed-term engagement ending March 2027, with potential to convert.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience, including enterprise software delivery.
• Hybrid onshore/offshore delivery across multiple time zones.
• Experience with risk/issue logs, program plans, governance, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution across all workstreams and maintain the program plan.
• Manage risk, issues, and governance with the RACI framework.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog hygiene, and velocity tracking.
• Interface with technology implementation teams on dependencies and integration touchpoints.
• Draft client-facing reports and maintain program documentation.
• Support onboarding, scope readiness, and go/no-go readiness activities.
