Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks a senior privacy and security risk leader to partner with EPSRM and business units. You will translate complex regulatory obligations into practical controls, enable audit-ready compliance, and drive remediation of gaps across enterprise systems.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to assess impacts, manage risks, and communicate decisions to executives, supporting business growth while maintaining resilience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, Business Law, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred; JD preferred.
• 5+ years privacy/security, risk, or compliance within managed care or health plan industries.
• Experience interpreting regulatory and contractual requirements and translating them into operational controls and risk programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with executive communication and remediation planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a partner between EPSRM and business units, translating regulatory requirements into practical controls.
• Conduct impact analysis on new requirements and facilitate cross-functional working groups.
• Support audits, readiness reviews, and regulatory assessments with evidence of control effectiveness.
• Drive governance structures and executive communications to reflect risk posture and compliance status.
