Job summary

Centene Corp. is seeking an Enterprise Engagement Lead Analyst to support the Privacy & Security Risk Management program.

You will translate complex regulatory and contractual requirements into actionable risk-informed outputs and executive-ready insights for cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise. In this role, you will develop structured deliverables, maintain regulatory mappings, and support change management.

Qualifications

• Experience translating regulatory requirements into actionable risk guidance.
• 5+ years in privacy, security, compliance, or risk management.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Experience producing executive-ready advisory materials.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory and contractual requirements into actionable obligations.
• Develop executive-ready outputs to support decision-making.
• Support playbooks, SOPs, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a 2LoD advisory model.
