You will translate regulatory obligations into practical controls, drive remediation, and support audits, ensuring audit-ready compliance across business operations and technology. The role emphasizes risk-informed decision-making and governance across health plans and shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Risk/Compliance, Business Law, or related field required.
• 5+ years privacy/security, risk, or compliance in managed care/health plan industry.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational controls and remediation plans.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and executive communications.

Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory and contractual obligations into operational controls and governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to assess impacts and drive remediation of control gaps.
• Support regulatory audits and readiness reviews with evidence and SME input.
• Update third-party agreements to reflect evolving privacy, security, and AI requirements.
