Job summary

Vamonos IT is seeking an Android/iOS Specialist to support the modernization, migration, and ongoing operation of an enterprise mobile-device environment for a U.S. Federal Agency.

This hands-on role focuses on architecture, deployment, and maintenance of iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise devices managed via Microsoft Intune. The position includes migrating from Workspace ONE/AirWatch to Intune and providing Tier 3 operational support after migration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise mobility and endpoint management.
• Hands-on iOS/iPadOS in an enterprise MDM environment.
• Hands-on Android Enterprise in an enterprise MDM environment.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune for mobile-device management.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and identity-based access controls.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to satisfy customer background investigation/suitability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for enterprise iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise devices.
• Plan, test, migrate from VMware Workspace ONE/AirWatch to Microsoft Intune; troubleshoot during migration.
• Configure enrollment and provisioning for devices.
• Configure and support ABM, ADE/DEP, Android Enterprise, Google Zero-Touch, and KME.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot Intune enrollment/configuration/compliance policies and device restrictions.
• Support mobile security controls, app deployments, and per-app VPN configurations.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for mobile-device incidents and complex user issues.
• Collaborate with security, identity, networking, application, service desk, and customer teams.
