Bamboo Health is seeking an experienced Market Development Director to drive enterprise health system growth across the United States. You will lead conversations with health system executives, map strategic opportunities, and expand Bamboo Health’s real-time care intelligence platform.

You will build a differentiated territory plan, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Implementation to ensure client success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience selling enterprise software to Health Systems.
• Deep understanding of value-based care, care coordination, or population health models.
• Knowledge of value-based care payment and financial models.
• Experience selling both technology and services-driven solutions to Health Systems.
• Experience with Salesforce and a structured sales methodology.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and YOY growth.
• Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment with strong collaboration.
• Ability to travel frequently (up to 50%).

Responsabilidades

• Lead insight-driven conversations with healthcare leaders on value-based care, coordination, and efficiency.
• Translate capabilities into solutions aligned to each organization’s priorities.
• Drive complex sales cycles from engagement to contracting, creating urgency around value.
• Exceed revenue targets through new enterprise sales in Health Systems.
• Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline from discovery to close.
• Engage senior executives including CIOs, CMOs, and population health leaders.
