Bamboo Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Market Development Director to accelerate enterprise health system growth across the U.S.

You will lead strategic engagements with top health systems, translating real-time care intelligence into measurable value and ROI. In this remote-first role, you will build executive relationships with CIOs, CMOs, and population health leaders, drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and develop territory plans while traveling up to 50% as needed to close

Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise software sales to health systems.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Deep understanding of value-based care and population health.
Experience with Salesforce and structured sales methodology.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

Lead insight-driven conversations educating healthcare leaders on value-based care and operational efficiency.
Translate Bamboo Health capabilities into compelling solutions aligned to clients' priorities.
Drive multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contracting.
Exceed revenue targets through new enterprise sales in Health System segment.
Build and maintain a dynamic pipeline from discovery to close.
Engage senior executives including CIOs, CMOs, and population health leaders.
Lead commercial negotiations and align with customers' budgeting and governance processes.
