FormativGroup, LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Account Executive - Financial Services to drive growth across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Banking. You will own the full sales lifecycle, build executive relationships, and orchestrate internal and partner teams to shape complex engagements.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, client growth, and profitability, with a remote setup and up to 50% travel. A strong track record in FS and large deals is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years selling complex technology consulting or digital transformation services to mid-sized and enterprise clients.
• Proven success in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Banking, or related financial services.
• Experience working with Salesforce Financial Services and BWAM segment relationships preferred.
• Track record of acquiring new clients and expanding strategic accounts with multi-year engagements.
• Ability to build executive-level relationships and lead multi-stakeholder pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted account and territory strategies across Wealth/Asset Management and Banking.
• Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing accounts throughout financial services clients.
• Lead pursuit strategy and coordinate resources across sales, industry SMEs, and delivery teams.
• Represent FormativGroup in Salesforce financial-services initiatives and joint market activities.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a strong, actionable sales pipeline.
