Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a senior Drupal Architect to define and govern enterprise Drupal solutions that deliver scalable, secure experiences. You will lead architecture discussions, guide development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable roadmaps and platform strategies.
This remote US-based role supports modernization initiatives and cross-functional delivery across projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience, including Drupal architecture leadership.
- Experience leading enterprise Drupal platform implementations.
- Strong expertise with Drupal 9, 10, and 11 architectures, modules, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Acquia Site Factory (ACSF) and enterprise-scale Drupal ecosystems.
- Knowledge of multisite architecture, deployment strategies, and cloud-hosted Drupal environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end Drupal architecture for enterprise and multisite platform implementations.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, roadmaps and platform strategies.
- Drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and governance for quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and platform modernization.
