Cognizant is seeking a seasoned Drupal Architect to define and govern enterprise Drupal solutions that deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate requirements into architectural roadmaps, and drive governance and modernization initiatives.
With 10+ years in IT and 5+ years leading Drupal architecture, you will influence platform strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure quality across implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in leading Drupal architecture and enterprise platform implementations.
- Strong expertise with Drupal 9, 10, and 11 architecture, development, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Acquia Site Factory (ACSF) and enterprise-scale Drupal ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of multisite architecture, deployment strategies, governance, and cloud-hosted Drupal environments.
- Experience leading technical teams as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead while engaging with client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end Drupal architecture for enterprise and multisite platforms.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
- Translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, roadmaps, and platform strategies.
- Drive architecture and code reviews, governance, and security/scalability improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and platform modernization.
