Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Senior Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to lead cybersecurity engagements and provide architecture services across technology change initiatives. You will work with business and IT teams to define scope, deliverables, and ensure successful outcomes across multiple engagements.

The role requires building secure architectures, guiding security standards, and communicating risks to partners and management. Hybrid work arrangement at a leading academic health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years in IT/cybersecurity.
• Minimum 3 years within cybersecurity.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity architecture and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Identify cybersecurity control requirements for technology initiatives and design practical solutions.
• Assess business impact of cybersecurity risks and provide mitigating options.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of cybersecurity architecture and strategy.
• Understand business operations to delineate those with cybersecurity implications.
• Evaluate and develop secure solutions based on approved architectures.
• Collaborate with other architects and cybersecurity specialists to ensure secure IT systems.
• Communicate cybersecurity risks and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead resource planning and engagement management; drive service development and improvement.
• Engage with coworkers, management, and external partners professionally and in line with policies.
• Perform duties aligned with Penn Medicine values and procedures.
