Job summary

ElevenLabs seeks an enterprise sales professional to lead the ElevenCreative business in the German market, selling AI-powered creative tools to large organisations. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on digital media, advertising, and enterprise creative teams.

This is a remote role across Germany (Munich preferred), working with cross-functional teams to define playbooks, develop pipeline, and win strategic deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling technology, SaaS, or AI products to enterprise buyers.
• Deep familiarity with the AI creative tools or digital media landscape - credibility with buyers.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles across business, IT, legal, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts in the German market to drive ElevenCreative revenue.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases translating AI capabilities into measurable value.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies from scratch, including target account identification and pipeline building.
• Develop deep understanding of the AI creative landscape and emerging trends as they apply to media and advertising.
• Partner with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion of accounts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise creative and marketing leaders, educating them on AI content production and ElevenCreative's fit in their stack.
• Represent ElevenCreative at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in your territory.
