M&T Bank Corporation seeks an enterprise architecture leader to shape technology strategies and target-state architectures for Retail Banking and Marketing capabilities. You will drive roadmaps across deposits, customer information, pricing, and branch/center experiences, while ensuring governance and alignment with enterprise standards.

Consumer lending and digital channel architecture are outside the primary scope, supported by other roles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 7+ years in enterprise/domain/solution architecture.
• 7+ years in enterprise/domain/solution/application architecture, with 3+ years supporting consumer banking capabilities.
• Experience developing target-state architectures, roadmaps, and transition plans across complex landscapes.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms, legacy systems, APIs, data services, and third-party products in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve domain architecture strategies and roadmaps aligned with Consumer Banking and Marketing priorities.
• Develop current-state and target-state architectures, capability models, and transition roadmaps.
• Translate objectives into high-level solution architectures without owning day-to-day delivery.
• Architect interoperable customer, product, pricing, payments, and servicing capabilities.
• Communicate architecture decisions clearly to senior leaders.
