Job summary

Convera is seeking a highly technical Enterprise Applications Manager to join our CRM & Revenue Technology team within Revenue Operations. This role bridges Salesforce CRM and internal enterprise applications, owning end-to-end integration delivery across Salesforce, Credit Platform, Data Platform, Entity Management, and Onboarding systems.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, GTM and Revenue Operations to design scalable integrations, set best practices, and drive projects from

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Revenue/Sales Ops with integration focus.
• Experience building integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Strong API, data modeling, and data governance capabilities.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms and integration best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own design and deployment of Salesforce integrations with enterprise apps.
• Define integration patterns for data consistency and real-time sync.
• Gather requirements, translate to technical specs, and prioritize features.
• Create technical documentation: architecture diagrams, data flows, API specs.
• Lead UAT coordination, test plans, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, GTM and Revenue Ops to align roadmaps.
