Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead a small team and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions across the enterprise.

You will manage platforms including ServiceNow, SAP, Smartsheet, Coupa, and Autodesk, driving governance, data integrity, and adoption while supporting IT service management and change management in a global manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, accounting, or similar discipline.
• 7+ years of IT enterprise application experience in functional roles.
• CSM/CSPO/PMI-ACP/PMO certifications preferred.
• 5+ years administering enterprise applications.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Visio.
• 2+ years with IT Service Management platforms; ServiceNow preferred.
• 3+ years in a team leadership role.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with business stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills for requirements, design, and test scripts.
• Experience facilitating end-to-end Agile lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of IT processes and change management.
• General project management knowledge; training is a plus.
• Analytical contributor who provides actionable observations.
• Problem solver who breaks down complex situations.
• Proactive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Advanced analytical, diagnostic, and technical skills.
• Understanding of accounting/finance concepts and forecasting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize enterprise software in the business enablement space (Autodesk, Smartsheet, Scribe, ServiceNow, Coupa).
• Governance: enforce naming conventions, solution lifecycle, ALM, and documentation; manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Lead discovery, capture requirements, translate to user stories, prioritize backlog and roadmap; oversee testing and deployment.
• Provide people leadership to a team of 2–4 analysts; conduct reviews and develop procedures; ensure knowledge base is current.
