Job summary

Convera seeks an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to own end-to-end integration delivery between Salesforce and internal enterprise systems. You will partner with Engineering, Product, GTM, and Revenue Operations to design scalable integration solutions that drive revenue growth.

The role blends technical depth in integration architecture with product thinking, data governance, and operations, demanding strong communication and a self-starter mindset in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce administration, or technical product management with a strong integration focus.
• Hands-on experience building integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using iPaaS platforms (Workato preferred; Zapier/MuleSoft also acceptable).
• Deep Salesforce knowledge including data model, security, automation tools (Flow, Process Builder), custom objects, and APIs; Salesforce Admin certification preferred.
• Strong API concepts knowledge including REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, API keys, rate limiting, and error handling.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting; experience querying relational data.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, transformation, and mapping.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services with complex RevOps and compliance.
• Understanding of RevOps workflows from lead to opportunity, onboarding, and renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications (Credit Platform, Data Platform, Entity Management, Onboarding) using Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
• Design integration patterns that ensure data consistency, real-time synchronization, and proper error handling across systems; establish integration best practices and reusable patterns for the team.
• Define Requirements for API connections between Salesforce and internal applications; understand REST/SOAP APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and webhook architectures.
• Gather requirements for complex Workato recipes including conditional logic, data transformations, lookup tables, error handling, and batch processing; optimize recipes for performance and reliability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for all integrations; proactively identify and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data quality problems.
