Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in integration or backend systems engineering.
• Hands-on with iPaaS (e.g., Workato) connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, or SCIM authentication.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript for data transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems (Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake).
• Develop data pipelines and reverse ETL-style syncs to trusted data for GTM, Finance, People Ops, and other teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, observable integration designs and runbooks.
• Troubleshoot data sync issues, API failures, and workflow exceptions; implement robust error handling and logging.
