Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring an Enterprise Analytics Consultant. This role is fully remote and supports executive leadership and Vice Presidents within the enterprise analytics community, including Enterprise Analytics, Finance, and Strategy.

You will coordinate cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives aligned with Sentara's top line goals. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree and at least five years of analytics and healthcare industry experience, with a proven ability to develop

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of business acumen (Required).
• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).
• 2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of analytics experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support executive leadership and VP level analytics initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional analytics and governance efforts.
• Guide development of analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting.
• Develop and administer enterprise-level data governance functions.
