Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across the enterprise analytics community. This fully remote role emphasizes cross-functional analytics, governance initiatives, and guiding stakeholders to shape analytic direction.

Expertise in analytics models, dashboards, and reporting is required to ensure alignment with Sentara's top-line goals and data governance objectives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred)
• ~2 years of project management experience (Preferred)
• ~Looking for someone who can guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations to leaders

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VPs within enterprise analytics and governance initiatives.
• Leads cross-functional analytics projects aligned to Sentara's strategic goals.
• Develops and administers enterprise-level data governance functions.
• Guides development of analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting across teams.
• Manages data exploration, visualization, data management including MDM, ETL, storage, processing and cloud
• Understands healthcare IT systems, billing, imaging, and EHR ecosystems across ambulatory, acute, and post-acute settings.
