Job summary

Zocks is seeking a Solution Consultant to drive technical and business discovery for large financial services clients. You will design how Zocks fits their operating models, demo tailored solutions, and partner with sales to expand strategic relationships.

You’ll articulate AI architecture with senior technical leaders, ensure security/compliance alignment, and build assets for repeatable enterprise offerings in a growth-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical consulting for complex enterprise engagements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solution designs.
• Credible speaking to both business decision-makers and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with enterprise clients and translate workflows into Zocks designs.
• Design demonstrations and proofs of concept showing integration in client environments.
• Serve as SME on AI, platform architecture, integrations, and data handling with security/compliance.
• Identify recurring customer needs and shape them into new Zocks-based solutions.
• Create reusable assets and reference designs to raise enterprise selling quality.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation.
• Provide feedback to Product and Product Marketing and keep AE updated on capabilities.
