Job summary

Zingtree is hiring a Senior SaaS Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end deployment of conversational AI workflows for enterprise customers. You will design, build and tailor AI-driven solutions, orchestrate integrations with CRMs and APIs, and manage client onboarding from requirements to go-live.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams, drive risk management, and oversee testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful go-lives and high customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions architect, customer engineering, or technical project implementation roles.
• 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support or contact center solutions.
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build tailored AI-driven workflows aligned with customer support goals.
• Configure and integrate Zingtree with CRMs and APIs.
• Lead onboarding sessions to gather requirements and define goals.
• Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays.
• Guide UAT with clients to validate workflows and integrations.
