Job summary

Zocks is expanding its enterprise AI assistant for financial advisors, partnering with Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives to tailor AI-driven solutions to client operating models. You will translate client workflows into Zocks designs, deliver demos, and act as the AI/architecture SME across security and compliance stakeholders.

The role balances pre-sales discovery with post-sale delivery, building repeatable offerings and deep client relationships in a growth-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in technical consulting and/or solution engineering for enterprise clients.
• Ability to discuss AI architecture credibly with technical leadership.
• Executive presence and clear written and verbal communication with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery with enterprise clients and translate workflows into a Zocks solution design.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept within a prospect's environment.
• Serve as the SME on AI, platform architecture, integrations, and data handling with security/compliance stakeholders.
• Identify recurring customer needs and shape them into new Zocks-based solutions.
• Build reusable assets and reference designs to raise enterprise selling quality and consistency.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation.
• Provide feedback to Product and Product Marketing, and keep Account Executives updated on new capabilities.
