Job summary

Forcepoint is seeking an Anthropic Product Owner and Administrator to join our Enterprise AI team. You will manage seats, provisioning, and identity integration, and govern which skills and plugins are enabled across the company.

You will partner with security on data protection, run audits, and drive adoption by onboarding teams, building enablement content, and prioritizing platform improvements for higher productivity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years administering enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, SCIM, directory services).
• Experience managing licenses, usage reporting, and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train users at all levels.
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Anthropic enterprise environment, including seat provisioning, SSO and directory integration.
• Configure connectors between Forcepoint Intelligence Platform and Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, etc.
• Govern enablement of skills, plugins, and platform capabilities with security in mind.
• Run license, usage, and access audits and report utilization to leadership.
• Serve as primary vendor contact with Anthropic for roadmap, support, and renewals.
• Own the internal product roadmap and prioritize improvements across teams.
• Develop training content and enablement programs to boost adoption.
• Partner with security on AI policy, data loss prevention, and incident response.
