Job summary

EMC Insurance is seeking an Enterprise AI Platform Director to lead the strategic and technical direction of its AI platform. You will define the roadmap, enable reusable AI runtimes, model and prompt management, and agent orchestration while ensuring governance, security, and cost controls across the organization.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technology leadership in platform/AI domains.

Lead design, delivery, and evolution of shared AI platform capabilities.
Establish architectural direction, standards, and guardrails for scalable AI solutions.
Drive governance, security, privacy, compliance, and cost management for AI platforms.
